It is the most unhygienic place that can ever be. The beauticians are not only arrogant and displeasing, but also inexperienced and clearly do not know the trade.
When I complained about having to wait for 1 hour, inspite of having a confirmed appointment over the phone, they simply said "that is why you pay so less money for so much service" the beautician who waxed my arms, used wax that was really hot, and it left me with bruises.
The dermatologist' treatment cost me 1900/- bucks, to get rid of the rash!!! and a woman who claimed to be the "corporate manager" for the place, didnt even give me their feedback book to write my comments
There's one more person called Naaz, who is for ever rattling off the phone, clearly discussing family disputes and gets very irritated when customers ask her how long it would take for them to get their turn.She sits at the reception and scratching her head, picking on her nose and what not and if u must know more, the place stinks.
They ask you to wear a gown, stained in oil and it has lumps of hair from previous customer's waxing !!!
