If you are an IT guy and want to work for Infosys. I reckon think twice before you do it. In my experience, Infosys is a horrible company to work for. While you enjoy working in diverse technology, but your efforts all go in vain if you are not licking you managers. Its horrible, It like a mafiraaj and people at the bottom position of hierarchy are destined to suffer. In fact, HR has no power and guts to question delivery team. HR department is the big joke for this company. Think you joined, screwed by Managers, hopeless HR. you are just choking yourself.
Think twice, thrice before joining the worst IT company in the whole world.
