I have recently took a vehicle loan. I am paying my installment on time. But I am not receiving any info regarding the payments or cuttings. I have called the customer care number that number is not working at all sometimes. Even after redirecting to IVR sometimes it is closing automatically. And I have made to the customer care executive finally and those people are very unhelpful and rash. They seem they dont want to help at all. Even I spoke with bank branch people even they are also seem very uninterested. But they are forcing and asking people to take loans. If someone dont pay the EMI they literally eat the brain alive of any person, but when it comes to their fault they are not being helpful. Worst bank. I am regretting why I took the loan from them. worst at all. Seriously you better prefer other banks other than this one. and also their websites, customer care executives, Customer care numbers are not working at all. so dumb
