Arrogant doctors in dental section

In case of whole-body checkups, an intentional queue is being maintained by dental section room 1118, 1119 and Eyes diagnostic section 1133. Doctors of ENT, eyes, Dental are specified/allotted at common counter with a long queue before counter. ENT and eye doctor are quick and take a reasonable time but dental doctor Adosh Lall and Neeraj Verma deliberately keep patients to wait for long time. Their staff namely Randhir with Neeraj Verma at room 1119 allow entry of patients on pick and choose basis as per his whim.


On claiming that I am waiting for long, he gives file back and says doctor Neeraj Verma has no time you may go to some other dentist. Then I had to be in line of queue again at combined counter of Eye, ENT and Dental.


On my number, I was asked to report on room no.1118. Accordingly, I stood in line before room no. 1118 and none came out for so long to take file. Then I by taking permissions I was able to hand over the file to staff of doctor Adosh Lall. Even waiting for so long I was not called for examination. Patients who came after me were kept on entered and examined. Then I very politely remembered that doctor sahib I am waiting for so long and persons who came after me have been allowed please check. Then doctor Adosh Lal shouted arrogantly and misbehaved publically with abusive words. He torn my papers and refused to examine me even after wait of an hour. Dr. Adosh Lall kept on shouting again and again I remained calm and only requested to verify the sequence.


Again I was thrown back to doctor Neeraj Verma at room 1119. And the same story wait and wait. When total queue vanished only then I was called to enter. Then for sake of examination only formality was done by doctor Verma. No words of advice treatment or precaution, suggestions were uttered.


In 5 seconds I was asked to go. Doctor or Assistant had no word of any communication with me. Only 2 words were addressed to assistant Randhir by doctor Verma. If I was not to be examined, reason best known to them, why a drama of getting in the line of wait was created. Even there was no meaning of the line. Persons were called as per their discretions. Doctors Adosh Lall has no etiquette of a doctor he is not fit for profession accordingly needs to be shunt out.


Dr. Neeraj Verma plays in hands of assistant Randhir and be cautioned for his negligence or connivance. Randhir may deserves termination.


It is in interest of hospital to take remedial action. A huge no. of people do not give feedback due to many reasons including risk of any health hazard likely to be put by the doctor to his/her or relative.


If such arrogance is allowed to continue the hospital may suffer a lot.


(Otherwise, experience with other doctors and staff was good.)
