I have done my masters of commerce from Indira Gandhi open university medinipur branch which is a very good institution and they provide a quality education from the teachers and they have libraries as well as various sections for other subjects.but I dont live the after service. after completing the course we get a notification from the institution that we have to pay an amount to get the certificate.
And it will come to us by post.but if suppose I take that certificate after 1year then we have to go the regional office and get it. this I dont like.why cant they provide it by post?
