This is a governmental hospital along with medical college and it is known as one of the best college of Bihar and students have to qualify NEET to study in this college. But I went there for treatment and the procedure is too much long. There is a crowd of thousand of people or more tham that but they have only 2 counters for fee payment and taking blank prescription. It like emergency patient will die if no emergency doctor is available.
If I talk about cleanliness, I rate 1 out of 5 because it was too and I have experienced myself. I was searching the Neurology department and I found that on the floor someone has vomited but after 3 to 4 hours it was still like that and no one is there to clean it.
I also saw that once I visit there in rainy season and the water entered into the upper corridor and the wire of switch board is also touching the floor and it can cause huge accident which denotes the carelessness of the hospital management. And for blood test I can't imagine that I have to wait for more than 1 hour in big queue and when my number it was like now I was freed from the lion's den. The smell in the hospital is very ugly and there is no one to explain anything. I found that on some of the doors the room number is missing but I didn't got any help from any staff and they are just giving left and right. I was really disappointed by the management and services of hospital but the doctors and qualified and well educated and perfect for treatment but the hospital makes patient waitlisted.
