In a place lile Mumbai where you need to unwind after the hectic weekend, your sunday brunch place is very important.I have shifted a year ago from delhi and still hadn't found my ideal place until I went to indigo deli.i just love the cafe atmosphere with the causal seating and the idyllic chatting overhead. It is really nice to look around the desserts, breads or the various'things' in the shelves. I am an ardent wine collector so sometimes a bottle or two is bought for the collection. I went last with some friends who were down from banglore and they found a fondue machine they had been looking for.
So now coming to the main event, the FOOD. Its can just be described in one word. Awesome!I love the fondue first and foremost. Although we don't really live in country to enjoy it due to climatic condition, I don't care ! Also the salads are very refreshing. Usually I eat the pizza which is like papery thin and sandwiches which are abundant in variety. But don't worry whichever you choose you will get a good one. I have tried all, almost. Just go and try your own thing .basically everything turns out right .and do drink a nice glass of red. For the teetotallers also ther are many smoothies etc which are also very nice. Desserts you can visually choose or order, whichever you prefer(focus on the chocalety ones). So since you can keep eating by the time you finish you are tired, so I usually sit n relax with a nice cup of camomile or cappucino in the end .so that all the food can settle down and I can get up and walk!
Only weak point is the absolute diaster they call their service.The waiters are dumb and non responsive .sometimes I have to go to the counter n get my cutlery.They are bringing down the place but they maybe spaced out because of the heavy traffic.Don't go without a reservation or otherwise be prepared for a 40 minute wait!
All in all - you will enjoy yourself with your friends and family.
P.S. During some festive times they put some lights outside so try and go in the night then.Its cute.
