Hello All,
I am going to share my personal experience about Indigo airlines for domestic flight from bangalore on 28/11/2016 to Hyderbad. This airlines is very popularly known in India and I have been travelling from past 10 years on business and I have never faced this kind of situation till now which made me to not do any business transactions with Indigo Airlines.
I had the flight early morning to hyderabad from bangalore airport and I was on time and standing in check in Q for almost 20mins and when I had my turn to collect the tickets I was restricted to take the flight due to 5 minutes delay.
I explained the Indigo employee in the check in counter about my time spent in Q was almost 20 minutes and due to negligence in his work attending customers and wasting most of his time talking to his female colleague which made me to miss the flight.
After my request to his senior Manager and to other team members of Indigo they denied me to board flight 6E-511 due to 5 minutes delay in boarding time which was spoiled by his employee wasting valuable time talking to his female colleague in chit chat.
They did the same thing to almost 10 members who are suppose to take the same flight. this is an clearly an indigo employee error.
The are pushed to miss our earlier booked flights for which the ticket cost was(1600/- Rs) and made us to book next flight which was at 8-25AM for which the per ticket cost was 11,500/- Rs.
By doing this they are stealing people money very legally. I was using indigo airlines from past couple of years.
But from next time I will not use indigo services and I will inform all my friends not to use any domestic flight services and international flights services hereafter.
We are totally 3 members to go to hyderabad for client meeting luckily I have booked only 2 tickets in indigo and booked another ticket in air asia(I5-1528) for my colleague. even though their was a long Q for him he was late by 7 minutes for boarding his flight. he was honoured and issued the tickets.
AIR ASIA RESPECT CUSTOMERS MONEY AND TIME. BUT INDIGO AIRLINES JUST PLAN HOW TO STEAL MORE MONEY FROM THEY REPEATED CUSTOMERS.
THIS WAS AN GOOD LESSON FOR ME. TO ALL MY FRIENDS PLEASE DO NOT USE INDIGO AIRLINE.
