If I have to travel by AIR the first name that comes to my mind is INDIGO Airlines. Although I am not a Frequent flyer I do make around 8 bookings in 3 months and yes I prefer to fly with INDIGO and the reasons I will be listing below.
> So why only Indigo comes to my mind? It is because I get the best prices from them. I have been using their services from 2007 on-wards and I have seen that they have been giving the best prices.
> They have domestic flights to all most all regions in India.
> I like their website as well. It is very simple and user-friendly for any of the traveler who is looking forward to book a ticket.
> I have also seen in Many of the Airports that Indigo has ample Check-in-counters and hence adding on to the comfort before boarding the flight.
> The web Check-in has immensely helped all the customers to save time and also the representatives on the counters.
We can simply check-in on the kiosks that are available and then drop the Baggage at the counter.
> I have also found that the Staff of Indigo Airlines are well mannered and are always ready for offering a Helping hand.
> Now something about their carriers. Indigo has Airbus A320 as the major carrier which has a seating capacity of 180 passengers. I have always found that the cabins are well maintained and are clean. And if I have to say something about the food & beverage that they provide, I really miss the PEPPERMINT Tea. I think they should add that back on the menu.
> Seating space is quiet comfortable but for my husband who is 6.1 Feet tall he needs to squeeze a bit due to lack of enough leg room. The seats also can be reclined but hardly for around 5 degrees and that is a bit funny which does not add any thing to the comfort. But overall they offer a comfortable travel.
> Indigo airlines is also recognized among the 10 top airlines who runs services on time. According to a global airlines OTP survey report, 74% on-time performance is recorded on behalf of Indigo Airlines in Asia Pacific region.
Overall I am very satisfied with Indigo's service and well maintained air-crafts and punctual service.
