I have been flying with Indigo for a while but this morning the kind of experience that I had was extremely bad and I don't think I am going to recommend Indigo Airlines to anyone after this incident.
My flight was scheduled at 5:05AM this morning and I was at the Check-In Counter at 4:30AM with Web check in tickets in hand but I was denied boarding citing I have a "luggage" and was advised to book tickets for another flight that takes off at 6AM, these guys have found great ways to make money!
I know that I arrived there a bit late but I am sure that if that person wanted he could have allowed me to board the flight instead of debating. I lost money, all my plans need to be re-worked and I need to book tickets once again. All I had asked the Indigo guys a little co-operation, but the kind of attitude the Manager demonstrated was not at all customer friendly. I mean they don't try and help you in tough time then why you fly with them. I would have showered praises if this gentleman had allowed me in but he wasted my time, argued with arrogance and left me helpless. This is Indigo Airlines today!
