Indigo Airlines, as heard is one of the good airlines for travel in flights in India, but after my recent ecperience I can tell Indigo Airlines is not the airlines you would prefer to fly with.
The check-in counter of indigo airlines is always busy with long ques, people waiting to move ahead for thier flight. If you arrive early, they will not let your bags pass the baggage counter but keep aside for waiting which actually becomes a risk until the bags are passed from the counter. So you have to wait to keep a check, because they may even forget to pass your bags which was kept aside.
This should not be done if you arrive early.
The attitude of staff of indigo airlines is very rude. If you enquire regarding the flight with the indigo staff, they reply very rudely and will not even help you with your concern. Very bad attitude of staff. They are supposed to help the people around and not show attitude.
The flight seating space should be increased ao that people can at least strech thier legs while thier long journey. Even if the window seat person needs to move, both the 2 people has to move so that he can get out. Insudficient seating capacity.
The flight gets delayed very often. 45mins - 1 hr. the flight gets dealyed without any intimation to the people. The staff themselves come late to the counter and keeps the travelers waiting for 30-45 mins.
