I feel this review is:
They refused assistance to my wife & elderly mother in law, travelling with my infant baby and 5yr kid. Bloody hell....never ever i will use this airline. She had pelvic diastasis and was kardly able to walk. They stood in queue for almost 30mins..the counter they for assistance had shutter down and the other was busy selling tickets and refusing passengers seeking help....
