Indigo customer service is worsening day by day . At the rate, they will soon become a third rated airlines.
I have a specific incidence, I called upon customer service number & call was answered by a lady. I wanted to know check-in baggage allowance fees since my ticket had zero check-in baggage allowance. The customer service lady executive was very ill-behaved and literally shouting as I have committed a crime calling customer service number. I was patient till I got the required information, Then I politely told her to learn behaving with customers . I would have fired any of my employees showing such ill-mannered attitude towards customer. But, knowing indigo, they will never take any action or even acknowledge any complaint against their employees, I am writing this on mouthshut. At least future indigo travellers should learn from my experience,
