Flew Indigo four times within a span of 2 weeks from DEL, BLR and BOM. All the flights were on time and the entire experience was very smooth.
I was particularly aprehensive about departing from delhi since it was late december & I had an early morning flight. The problem of fog usually causes a lot of delay but both times, my Indigo flight was on time while the others were delayed. Overall, a very good LCC and value for money product.
For long lights, booking a snack online (along with the ticket) is worth it since its at a discount and pre-booked snacks are served first.
Overall, a very good proposition, esp if you cannot afford delays or have connections to make.
