I am today going to share my experience in travelling Indigo Airlines.
I flew Indigo from Mumbai to Bangalore on flight 6E 565 on 3rd February 2016.
I am very Grateful to Indigo for making my Journey comfortable and smooth.My opinion regarding Indigo Airlines services has changed drastically and I believe I shall opt for indigo whenever I am travelling next and even book it for my Family during there Travel.
This is my Feedback:
I travelled Indigo in 6E-191.The service from there staffs are flawless.The staffs that I encountered that were extremely polite.The problem only I faced was with A/C, they turned off or made the temperature up and there is some irritation.
The positive Things are:
-Cheap Ticket Price
-Excellent Ground Handling
-Well trained and Polite Crew Members.
-Safe and Convenient.
-Sharply on Time
The negatives are:
-Only Economy class available
Legroom was so short
-Seat booking Online is Chargeable.
Anyway, its a good Airline to travel along with Family and recommending you all to go for it, for a safe Journey at affordable rates.
