Indiatastes.com is a site dedicated to information on Indian food . It is a site for South Indian vegetarian food lovers. A variety of tasty vegetarian (south Indian style) recipes are there in very simple way.
In this site u will find home-made delicacies of south Indians. South Indians are basically Rice eaters and their daily basic food include Rice, sambar or Dal with veggies, vegetables, curd etc.
The vegetable dishes are quite easy to prepare, most of them steam-cooked or stir?fried in very little oil, while very few spices are used, resulting in the vegetables retaining their original flavour and remaining highly nutritious.
In Southindians basically Tamilans or Keralites they rarely use onion and garlic in their daily home food and also garam masala r rarely used .
