I am member off this survey website last four years .
I am always worried about reward in this website because its to slow .
If you radeem your reward by any mobile recharge than they done within two months.
But if you radeem your reward by paytm or any wallet than no time limit its take time to 2-5 months depending on its own reasons .
Customer service - I am sending many massge from help center than they newer reply your massage and no solved any issues .
But I am call them many regarding my reward and tell my issue than they sad me if I radeemed by Paytm than its take long time so wait .but I am saying if take time than mention it reward policies why you making fool .than they plzz understand its take time .so I am working with that let reward processing .
