I have been buying from Indiaplaza for almost an year now. My first buy was the Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows. I got the book on the same day of release as promised.
This purchase added me to the book club and there was 25% off on books further. Being a reasonable reader most of my book purchases since then has been through Indiaplaza.
Advantages according to me are,
1) The options available(especially on books) are good.
2) Prices for most items are cheaper than rediff and indiatimes.
3) I never had a situation where I have to speak to their vendor(had this situation once in rediff)
4) The customer service responds to the mail in same day.
Disdvantages
1) In case of issues the refund process is time consuming and requires multiple follow up
2) My recent purchase although delivery was promised in same day was delivered in 4 days.
3) An order with multiple items is given a single order number and can get shipped at different time/partial cancellation is also possible. In this case its difficult to do the communication.
