Hi Friends sharing my latest experience with the Indianroots.com. one of the best on-line shopping experience ever.
I am a shopping freek and love to explore almost all the website, I got to know this is an NDTV venture so the very assurance was there. I opted to order couple of clips and 1 Chanderi Saree along with the matching Anklets.
The collection was amazing and the product range on each category are very nice.
The products reached within the stipulated time line, however I felt some problem in Anklet so I called Customer service and they were so nice and easy to ears that I loved them.
Problem resolved in just 2 calls replacement issued within 2 days and now I am a happy customer.
