Like all nationalized banks, this I.O.B. bank also has poor customer service. Whenever I go to passbook printing, the printer is not working. The cash withdrawal system is painful long drawn layered process. Very time-consuming. The manager of the bank is helpless in front of the defiant and indifferent staff. Making a demand draft takes a long time. The staff keeps drinking tea, talking with each other and don't bother to attend the waiting customer. Very irresponsible bank.
