The customer services of LPG in sector is not good. I am a also user of the same distributor. The government has been providing 12 subsidiary cylinder in for home user. but when I booked the cylinder. he did not deliver the cylinder on time. some time deliver on time but some time he is cancelled my request without any notification.
some time before, There is a biggest issue of LPG cylinder in my area. the people are making in a queue of line in the early morning at 04:00 AM or before also. the same issue has been solved and we are booking request of cylinder via mobile. you can easily generate the request via mobile. This is the biggest achievement of Indian LPG .
But There are many issue with Indian LPG like. requesting cancellation, deliver LPG cylinder not on time, etc. some of issue has been improve but needed more improvement in Indian LPG company for providing better customer service like other country.
