This website should be closed as they are bunch of cheaters.On(23-04-2016) I ordered Chocolate flavor cake and greetings card for my sister in Lucknow for her birthday.The time which I had mentioned was between 4 PM to 7 PM. The delivery was done by 9 PM and in that they did not deliver greetings card.
The cake which they had delivered was not Chocolate Cake and some low quality cake which was not worth for even Rs 150 .When my sister asked about the card the delivery boy said that the card is canceled.By the time she called me he ran away.
This is highly pathetic service provided by them.People by delivering sub-standard product at a charge of good quality product showcase on the website.This is highly disappointing.
These fraud matters should go to Customer Court.
I have attached two Pictures- The one which was showcased in website and the one which was delivered.People Please stop using this website.
The Support number which is Provided in the website they do not pick your call and it is useless.I called them many times but they do not want to listen. The time when you start saying something they will disconnect the call and they do not respond.
