Today is my birthday. My wife had ordered a cake which is shown below. They gave another cake and that also broken one. Now they are creating trouble to replace it. Such is the condition of online business? If you are lucky, you get good product. But if you are not, then you have to suffer through the grievances of customer care, who are not at all cooperative. They add to the grievances. They will ask all sorts of stupid questions which will make you even more angry. I will definitely not buy from them anymore.
