Worst Service By India Post. Review on India Post

India post is a oldest courier service in India which is most popular, available service all over the India, government courier service . If we only checked it's out view . Any one can say, it is a very good courier service . But, I say it is most worst courier service . I don't know how is their service besides my pin code area . But, in my pin code area that is in 700102, service of India post fully worst . For their unconscious activities, I have lost many things .

First of all, India post are too late to deliver parcel or letter  . Around, one year ago my son was selected in a railway training . We got a notification, that Asansole branch dispatch the letter through India post . We were waiting for many days . Always we thought may be yesterday, letter would be delivered . Alas! It was not delivered . Actually, that was not sent via speed post . As a result, we can't track it . Yes, letter was delivered after the 1 month from joining date . As a result, my son missed 1 year training as well as certificate as well as money as salary of training .

Now, on current time again I faced another problem . State Bank Of India sent me a ATM card through India Post via Speed Post with tracking no  EB241734307IN . India Post picked up this on 15th Nov 2016 . On, 21st Nov 2016 morning it is arrived at my nearest post office hub at Krishnapur . I thought today it will be delivered .I had waited upto 3:15 PM for delivery man . But, delivery man not came . Then, I went to post office to receive my ATM card . They said delivery man out for delivery with my parcel . Then I back my home . Alas! Delivery man not came . Today on 22nd Nov 2016 at morning when I track it, show delivery attempt failed due to insufficient address & parcel is returned . Then I went to post office again, they said that out side of parcel there have written my village name . So, they unable to find my house . It is bank's fault as they didn't write my details address . I want to know one thing that is it necessary that street view must be write in parcel  . Then they can find my house . Before this time, always in parcel my village name was written & post man delivered my parcel . May be this is new delivery man . If he didn't find my address, he should ask any one with my name, then he might find my house . I think he didn't do this . Another thing is that, when I went to post office on 21st Nov 2016, I told them my name & address . After unsuccessful delivery attempt, post office should keep my parcel in their hub for minimum one day . Then I can receive it . But, they returned it on 21st Nov . They don't give me any chance to receive it . Just imagine one thing, my ATM card is returned . Now, how much problem I shall face .

In their website I got two toll free number . Both are fake . Don't working . When I call on these no it show call can't be done on this no . Then I call their landline no . Yes it is ring, but no one receive my call .

Few time, I noticed that they didn't update tracking details properly . When, parcel arrived at my nearest hub, when it is out for delivery & after successful delivery, they didn't update it in current time .

So, I have loss many things only for India post .I have a worst experience with India post . From my above experience I say that India post is too much slow, they are most undutiful . Their customer care number not working . Tracking process are worst . So, I don't recommend India post to any one .
