I sometimes order books online and online seller send them through more often by this courier. But no item is delivered on time. They show on their website the location of the parcel but on asking you will find the all the details given are fake.
India post claims to send on the stipulated time but that is not the case. Every time my order are lost. I lately order a book of Dan Brown. I waited for that book for 15 days then it was communicated to me that my book has been lost in transit. How could such a great brand could do such things.
Even though their charges are not high but on the way things are handled it too high. and they provide a customer care no on which no call can be made.
It is very disappointment that government's postal system is so bad.
