I went India Lord hotel with my friend for lunch and we are very happy to that this restuarent is new for us. we ordered matar panner and sahi paneer and naan for ourself . Because they said to us their this items are well famous. they took almost 30-35 minutes for serving the food . Very slow serving speed.
When they served the food they do not provide water for drinking so this means they dont know how to serve with good manners. when we asked for water they said that you have to purchase it I shocked about this one but I bought it. one water bottle is of 40 ruppes. Verh costly water. we indeed of bought it.
The waiter is very rude to us and he dont know how to behave with customers. he did not complete his order he served our order taking too much time and they made a bill of 245 rupees which was too much for the order . This all happen very bad. I think they need to improve their sservice. The hotel is not good the employees are very argumentable. So I suggest you to think about another one.
