I signed Immigration Experts for Australia immigration 1.5 years back seeing the excellent Google reviews. I was charged Rs. 70, 000+ GST and was told that we have very bright chances of selection for Australia. After the payment was complete, the communication slowed down. For each advice, we were called in their office to meet with Manish. At each meeting, the points were recalculated and we were told how hard it is to immigrate to Australia without getting full marks in either PTE or IELTS.
We got 7+ modules in all sections of IELTS and still could not get enough score for immigration. For getting that much marks we appeared many times in IELTS and had to shell out Rs. 50, 000+ GST. After that, he advised to make the spouse as primary applicant and he charged us Rs. 20, 000+ GST for processing ACS application. Then also, the score was not sufficient. He then adviced us to get training on PTE exam from his office, which means more money to be spent and we had enough of it. He also suggested booking 10 slots of PTE exam back-to-back, which meant spending Rs. 1, 30, 000+ GST.
What was more shocking that we did not get enough marks in ACS as Immigration experts did not have the full knowledge of the complete process. ACS is a rather simple process and anyone can do it going to their website, but we trusted Immigration Experts and there was a huge gap in their understanding of ACS evaluation.
If you want to spend 70, 000+ for reviewing your experience letters, then go for an immigration consultant, otherwise, you are good on your own. Don't surrender to the false promises of quick immigration to Australia or Canada. Go slow and steady and you will save a lot of money on the way. We made it fast by reaching Immigration Experts and have lost money and 1.5 years.
If you still need advice and guidance, then don't pay more than 10 - 20% of payment at sign-up. If you make the complete payment, consultants don't have enough incentive to work on your application, they will rather try to find new business. We learned it hard way!
For posting this feedback, Manish has threatened with a lawsuit, while we should be filing the lawsuit. This behavior shows the reason why they have 4+ stars in reviews because they can bully and threaten their clients if they post negative reviews. In the response below he even detailed our personal detail, showing how unprofessional these people are. Also, he is blaming us for fake experience letter which he only suggested and we politely denied.
Go ahead Manish, we will see you in the court. In parallel, we will file a case of misrepresentation and cheating against Immigration Experts. As far as I know, it is not defamation to leave honest feedback on MouthShut. If that is defamation, you should also file a defamation case against MouthShut too. Take the feedback seriously, and train your staff to handle client cases seriously.
Manish is all about fake marketing. He will claim that he had sent hundreds of people to Australia but there is no way to confirm that.
