Had ordered online Buskbo chair with chair pad on 21 June.Delivery timings are till 9.00 pm, but the delivery person refused to deliver after 7.00 pm and a message was received at 7.30 pm that delivery attempt was made till 9.00 pm, which clearly is a false statement... After follow ups it was delivered on 30 July.
Now return is an issue, on 6th Aug raised return request online. It is stated that post raising a return a call will be made within 24 to 48 hours... No call received, there is no email intimation of return request received. So, again I have to follow up.
This is my last purchase from Ikea, I don't want to experience such pathetic customer service again.
