Let me share my experience which took place on 20 Dec 2017.
I went there for hair fall treatment. Welcomed by the security person in suit and by receptionist. She asked by do I have prior appointment which I said no. She asked me for consultation charges as 1000/- which covers some tests too. I paid via credit card. When waiting I talked to other person and got to know that he paid 250/- only as consulting charges. Still kept quite. After that I went to consultation room. Dr. Gupta explained me the treatment which I was supposed to go and details around same. The treatment was PRP and laser. When I asked without any tests or without touching how is he suggesting me this treatment? Answer was based on experience and discussion we had. I was surprised. When asked about the cost he said it will be taken care by some other lady.
Later the lady came and asked me for my budget which I replied asking the charges as how can I mention my budget without knowing the cost required. Later she said the cost will be 50, 000/- when I mentioned that you charged me 1000/- when the other person paid just 250/- she said its just consulting charges. Argument continued and later she said the other person visited with prior appointment whereas I just walked in. Then the real argument started and I also asked about what test was mentioned when the doctor didn't even had a look at my skull. They kept on saying same as appointment and walkin and later they started raising the voice.
I was left with no option but to save myself from getting looted by then.
When I said no then she said there is some offer going on for Christmas and she can give me discount of 10, 000/- again I was surprised as what exactly is this hospital and how the staff is.
I just decided to leave and save my 40, 000/- and not to go with any treatment as found them to be cheaters.
Guys save yourself from these cheaters and don't visit such place where fee varies every minute and from person to person.
Dont visit igraft hair clinic.
