I purchased IFB Washing Machine 2 yrs back. Now it is under warranty. I am facing an issues from last 4 months. I given the complaints to the concern but there was no resolution provided. The complaint Numbers are 13598532, 14130759 & 14796777(Cust ID: 3415849).
The Technical person visited the place for three times and says it is working fine when I asked him to wait until I verify the same No sir we have another call if problem exists please call me they will give their number and left. After testing if we call them directly then the response was sir the complaint got closed please call the call center to register new one again. This is happening from last 4 months.
Finally I have decided to escalate and sent an email to customerservice@ifbglobal.com which is the higher level of customer service. Unfortunately I didn't received any reply from them as well. I strongly feel and recommend to the people who want purchase washing Machine not to buy the product from IFB. The reason is that at the time of purchase they will say 4 years warranty and we are No:1 in service but it was earlier. Now IFB thinks that in the warranty period they don't get any money so they don't resolve the issue.
Finally I conclude that IFB service response from Low level employees to TOP level is pathetic. Don't go for it.
