I own an IFB Senator washing machine and over the last year the service of the company has really deteriorated. I have an AMC and after having registered a complaint the franchisee service partner engineer called on 2 days and failed to turn up.
On calling the company service in charge at Bangalore on this issue and an earlier unresolved issue, he retorts( quoting exact words) " Go talk to the earlier service engineer who came to renew the AMC" and disconnects the phone.
Wonder how a company as IFB expects customer to note down the details of the service engineers who visit the customer and if customer has to follow up with a service engineer who came long ago . Is it not the company which has to check their records and solve the customer problems.
SHOCKING ATTITUDE . Am surely never again going to buy an IFB Product again.
