I am having very worst experience with IFB service part. I have booked a service through your call center(1800-3000-5678) for my washing machine top load 7.5 kilo and the service engineer(Mr. Ranjith) came on 24th March after repeated calls. He told me that balancing rod to be replaced with a new & the cost is Rs. 3, 200/- and he requested me for some advance of Rs. 500/- as he have to procure this amount from company. I have transferred Rs. 500/- through gpay.
He have assured me that he will come on 28.03.2024 evening around 5.30pm and he will do the required service. I have taken half day leave from my office on 28.03.2024 and tried to contact him around 8-10 times. But he not responded & I send msg also but no reply. If that is the service wth IFB & I will update this my horrible experience in all social media.
Six months back I was having a similar experience with IFB service. One Mr. Karthik came and he told me that filter have to be replace as the water flow is more & charged Rs. 1, 800/- for the filter. He replaced with a filter. After few days the filter starts leaking and I came to know this is the duplicate second hand filter. Kindly share me someone from the top management their email ID & mobile number.
I am suffering and I dont want anyone to suffer like me. So I want to raise a issue on a serious note
