I’m writing this letter regarding the conversation, which we had on 27/11/2019, regarding the complaint related to the oven.
The complaint related to the oven had started on 01/09/2019 when the technician had come to my home for showing us the demo & he told us the rotation motor, should be changed as the rotation motor is complaint & we told him to change the rotation motor & he fixed the issue.
Once he fixed the issue, a new complaint had arisen. The door sensor was also a complaint. As we all found that, after an issue, another issue had arisen; we requested the technician to change the oven; whatever loss is there, I’ll pay all the amount. The technician told me to let me check with the senior, he will contact me. I told him that’s fine, let him contact.
The senior named MR. Albert & Jacob told me that, you had bought the IFB oven from Flipkart. Whatever issue happens to the oven, which was bought from Flipkart will not be serviced by us; due to the reason, they handle the consignment really badly. They will throw the oven even from the fourth floor of there building. So we won't support you in anyways & talked to me in an insulting manner. After all this conversation, when I complain to the IFB customer care; they send a senior technician & he told me that, he needs to take the oven to the service center. I told him, you can take the oven to the service center but, where is the job sheet. He told me if I don’t take the oven to the service center, MR. Albert & Joseph won't let me work over there or pay my salary. They had threatened me, so please be kind to me. Yeah the technician they had was really sincere & I really appreciate them for their hard work, but I also have a concern regarding the misbehavior of the Donkey management. The management doesn’t know how to talk to a customer or to behave. When the Flipkart had started selling electronics items, we were purchasing the product from them. Whenever there is a complaint about any of the product they had replaced them without any issues, only this IFB India had a problem telling they will throw the product from the forth floor (please, teach them how to lie to a customer).
After due to the emotion of the technician, I told him u can take the oven; whatever parts your replacing should be shown to me. When he brought the oven to my house, I asked him where are the replaced parts. He told, Albert will contact me & show me the replaced parts & it’s a complaint. I told him Okay, let him call me( due to the reason, Either I need to complaint to the Police or to the Consumer court & I know he is a big liar). Up to this time, he didn’t even contact me or shown the replaced product.
After, one week from the day he bought the oven to my home, it started getting rust all over the enclosure & I complaint related to the issue & the technician came to my home & took the photo of the rusted enclosure. After one week he came to my home with another rusted enclosure just rubbing, it with thinner all over it. As I know Mr. Albert & joseph are NO 1 thief & they will do any kind of adulteration or malpractice, I just take the enclosure on my hand found the enclosure is rusted & used one & shown to the technician they also told it’s used. We are sorry, we are just technicians; what Mr. Albert or Joseph is telling; we need to do it or will lose the job. I told him it’s okay to let me complain to the customer care.
After the incident, I write to the customer care regarding to the issue & the customer care contacting me & put a conference call with MR. Rajeev. We had already had a conversation related to the issue. But, you told me that, I had threatened the technician & hold them at my home & you told this was informed by MR. Albert. MR. Rajeev, we are leaving 21st century & we all are educated, I don’t need to hold any of them just need to give complaint to police or to the consumer court for malpractice as the issue related to the oven had arisen on 27/11/2019. One more thing, I would like to inform is no oven or any other thing will get a complaint just for keeping it idle at home. Just buy one lens & check the manufacturing date of the product & no products will get complaint, if I bought it from Flipkart.
Kindly take action against Mr. Albert & Joseph for wasting my valuable time & doing malpractice or Adulteration!
