Pathetic Service. Bought a new dryer from the IFB website and requested for the demo and installation. Mr. Sanjay called the next day and came for the demo. He is the most disrespectful service representative I have ever seen in my life.
Didn't know anything and to all my queries his answer was "Aise hi hota hai"(It's just like that). No manners on how to talk and behave with a customer. When I asked him to leave he got aggressive and pushed the machine. I literally had to push him out of my house and he still had the audacity to abuse me verbally while going down the stairs. I called the customer care to report this matter and they gave me the contact number of some Mr. Chanchal and asked me to get in touch with him.
But to my surprise the number was switched off.I am extremely angry and dissatisfied with the behaviour of the staff and will make sure this spreads on the social media.
