I bought IFB Dryer from Dawar - Open World and have such shocking experience as follows:: - I paid extra for URGENT delivery and paid higher than lower market price with their promise of installation by 11 am on next day. Nobody visited us, hence called IFB service person named Neeraj, who was caught unaware and had not even planned any visit to my place for installation.
Worst, i was told that engineer will visit your place on way back to his home at late evening and no plan to visit you during the day. I spoke to her senior Nima who promised to get back to me in 15 minutes and never bothered to call back. Finally i called her after 35 minutes and she continued to "busy" her phone for next 30 minutes as she didnt have any update. I wonder if this is experience on day one of purchase what will be my plight later during the warranty period of 4 years?
I will never ever buy IFB product and not recommend the same to any person. I also recommend that no one buys products from Dawar as the gap in promise and delivery is HUGE. They promise anything under sun and charge extra for same but never keep it.
