I have purchased Neptune Ultra Dishwasher from IFB Point, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 on dated 24th July 2021. And dishwasher has delivered on dated 28th July 2021. But he has delivered me Ultra Dishwasher in the box of VX Plus with loose packing. When I raise the issue to IFB Point in-charge Mr Rohit Latwal(Mob. 838308XXXX) the immediate dishwasher has taken back. Then I have contact with sales head Mr Kunal Kapoor(Mob. 844744XXXX) for resolution of my problem. Then he has given resolution that either you must take the same machine, or you must take money back. Then I was decided to go to the consumer forum with this issue. But before that, I decided once I must call to Calcutta office.
There I was discussing with Sushila Chakravarti and she had shared with me the mobile no of Mr Pradip Nair(Mob. 859501XXXX). Then I had discussed with him and explained my issue as well as I try to convince him that at which level, I am trusting on the IFB brand and since when I am using this brand and how I am convincing others also for this brand. Then he promised me I will give you a good solution without breaking your trust in IFB. Thanks to Mr Pradip Nair and finally I have received a genuine box pack machine dated 4th August 2021.
After that second issue started from here. After receiving the Dishwasher, I was informed to IFB service centre “Taashi Enterprises”(Mob. 966704XXXX) for demo. On that day Mr Prahlad has come and unboxing the dishwasher and then he said that for a demo, detergent is required, and we don’t have so unable to give a demo. Then again, I called to service centre then Mr Amar Singh(Mob. 753299XXXX) came for a demo dated 6th August 2021. After coming to my home his first question is that will you buy a water filter? My reply was NO. Then he asked will he buy a stand. My answer was at present No, later I will decide, and I also reply to him that what will be necessary to give the demo only I need that. Then his behaviour has converted to Rude behaviour.
Then without explaining anything to us he started to fill the salt in the dishwasher. He doesn’t explain that this is necessary or not. Either we can fill part or full. Without explaining anything he poured the water in salt. Same thing he has done with Autodish liquid. Then he started the machine, touch it, drags down, shown the wash program and DEMO has finished. When I asked some questions, he doesn’t reply properly. His mind is focused only on scanning machine numbers on Dishwasher. So, in a single line we can say that he was not a technician, he was purely a salesperson of IFB accessories. He doesn’t know anything about a demo of the dishwasher. I am totally unhappy with this person and trying to take the help of “YouTube” for operating the machine. Later, I found so many reviews at a different location that after-sales, service is very poor of IFB
Summery – Those reading my massage other than IFB person, my suggestion is that IFB product is undoubtedly one of the best products in the Indian market. But please take care at every step.
