1.First a big firm like IFB should have a toll free number for all subscribers but they don't have a toll free number for all subscribers.
2.To rise a complaint itself people have to spend amount in STD calls.
3.The treatment after warranty and before warranty will be totally different.
4.I spent Rs 2500 for a complaint after warranty where the problem was there before warranty also.
The people who come for service wont get money before warranty right, so they said it is a very minor issue. No need to repair it itself and it will get resolved by itself and this was before warranty.
The problem continued till 3 months after the person said it will get resolved by itself but it didn't and again i had to raise a complaint on the same issue and this complaint was after warranty.
The people who come for servicing change frequently and a new person came and charged me Rs 2500 incl. service charge (since it was after warranty) and changed two parts.
But the problem continued after replacing those parts also. So I had to call again and make a complaint.
The person who charged me Rs. 2500 came and said this fault is in some other part and wanted Rs.600 more to solve the problem.
I wanted to know that didn't he know that this problem is in some other part in the earlier visit itself?
Why he charged me Rs.2500 in his earlier visit and asking me extra Rs.600 now? If the problem is not occurring with the replaced parts then why he changed it?
Now the thing is i had told the problem to the customer care itself they said they said they will soon resolve this problem but till now no one has called me back regarding this from the technician side. I don't know when it will be resolved or will it get resolved or not..

And after viewing my experience please pray to god that my problem should be cleared as soon as possible without any further expense. :)
