IFB has the worst service standards. Despite repeated calls to the Head office for service request they have not handled the service issues.
Every time they delegate the job to authorized dealers one who are incompetent.
Also fleece customers by asking to replace the spare parts even when there is no problem with the parts.
This is one way of increasing the sales of their spare parts and IFB stands as No 1 in the list of Washing Machines for making customers spend double the amount on purchasing the item from them.
