I bought this product from an online shopping site in may 2016. The installer installed a fake stand and did not provided a receipt when I asked for one he said he did not have one to give me. The water constantly leaks at the top connectionand the door problem that is you need to push it many times to close it.
I did call mutiple time to IFB and every time they send new service man and everytime I have to explain him the same problem and the service man said it is the manufacturing defect. I felt cheated and immediately asked for replacement after calling many times finally got the product returned. Really pathetic service.
