IDFCFIRST bank Cares
IDFCFIRST bank is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Someone has registered my email here. I started to receive emails with private info. Usually I notify the sender about the mistake, and it stops. But not with this bank. I tried to reply and use standard email addresses like abuse@ and support@, it did not help. I unsubscribed, but it did not help either.
So I guess it is better to ignore this bank. If you make a mistake with your details, there is no way this bank can receive the notifications about this mistake from the people like me and correct it. Very unprofessional.
