IDFCFIRST bank is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
On web it shows zero balance account, 100 rupees minimum balance account, 1000 rupees minimum balance account.
But after applying online and visit branch both says, no zero, 100, 1000 minimum balance account. Pay 25000. For opening account and maintain 25000.
They says they are not open other account.
It means wrote wrong info on page, or not fulfill there commitment. If opening account with there required amount and again they are not fulfill commitment of 7% interest. Then why we block 25000 rupees.
Now this bank allows to open account minimum 10000 amb
