IDFCFIRST bank is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I am using IDFC Android application for bank services and was extremely disappointed with the overall design and user-friendliness. The interface was cluttered and overloaded with too many features such as savings accounts, credit cards, deposits, loans, investments, and payments all merged into one app. As a result, it made navigation slow and difficult. The design of the app is not aesthetically pleasing, and it is not easy to find the information you are looking for. The app also seems to be slow and unresponsive at times, which can be frustrating.
Furthermore, the merging of so many features into one app makes it clumsy, it takes a lot of time to find the required feature, and once you find it the process is not smooth. The features are not well-organized, and it is not easy to understand how to use them. The app also lacks consistency in its design, and it feels like different features were developed by different teams with no coordination.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with this bank's application. The design is not user-friendly, and the interface is cluttered and slow. The merging of so many features into one app makes it difficult to navigate and use. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a smooth and easy banking experience.
