I have taken Idea wireless broadband connection few days back. Plan is 799(2 mbps). But till today I have not seen speed upto 2 mbps. Most of the internet speed test tools are showing it few kbps only, But if you check by idea speed test tool, it show more than 2 mbps.
It is totally fraud. I have sent mails to customer care, but till now no response from Idea. I tried to call on toll free number 18008331111, but they never hear my voice. I don't know what type of service idea provides.
My suggestion to all, Please don't trust idea wireless. It is totally fake, better to take photon plus, that is much better than Idea wifi.
