I used Idea Netsetter for around 2 years. It was very good earlier, but the performance went down a lot after around 1.5 years.
I used an unlimited 3g internet pack on my idea netsetter. The speed I got was around 7 Mbps initially, then due to FUP policy the speed got revised to 40 Kbps. Earlier it was very nice but then afterwards the connection disconnected very often.
I was not able to download large files because the connection got disconnected often. When I talked to the customer care, they said everything was good. And when I got the device checked, it was also fine.
But finally I was fed up and then I got an Airtel Broadband connection. It was relief when I got rid of idea netsetter.
