They can do nothing for you.because you can neither complain nor get back your money from operator. It was my biggest mistake to buy an Idea sim when I come to Kasauli. One of my colleague suggested me to do so.He further said that Idea has the best Internet service in the town.But soon I came to know that my descision was totally wrong. I lost my 30 rupees for no reason, tarrif was not working, and Internet was working like go to hell. And the worst part of service that after a long process I was not able to talk the cce.
Its true that an Idea can change your life but an Idea sim can just destroy your peace.
