Idea cellular is an Indian mobile operator company.Idea is India's third largest service provider by user base.But in reality it is different.I am sharing my own experience of using idea sim as secondary choice for last 4 years.Network coverege is not so decent.Still in Delhi in my area idea doesn't work on 2g mode, How can you use 4g in such condition.
Custimer support is very bad as nobody responds to your problems and you have to suffer and adding one more thing that still after registering your complain no body tries to solve your problem.Offers are launched in a special time period and still other companies plans are cheaper than this.
With such a casual approach towards customer how can idea will survive in such tough competition.in this era of 4g still idea is not able to provide basic connectivity in every circle.
