I am having the idbi savings bank account in the IDBI bank from seven months. The bank history and reputation are good, but the main negative point is that I am not accessing my internet banking process properly through this bank server, when ever I want to pay my monthly emi through this process the page is skipping out and showing message "be patience we are trouble shooting it", i complained to this in my branch but they are telling its not our problem. Moreover if I saved any money in my account they are asking and making calls to me to do insurance policy, even if I had taken already policy in the same bank. I am not getting my transaction messages also properly to my mobile . Some times I am getting lately deposited transfer money messages very lately. With in few days I am going to close my account. They are not giving proper information about loans also. In my thought it seeks low rating when compared to other banks., because they are providing good customer service support, internet banking. Wasted time on it.
