I understand there's global pandemic but there should be some or the other alternative option.
You guys are managing very well, if called customer services, the automated system does all kinds of authentication and asks for the card details, pin number everything. Then asks to select the option to talk to customer support, if selected it says please go on icici bank website or mobile app and disconnects the call.
When searched for options on icici website there's no options to raise service requests and it redirects to call or to go on mobile app.
When went on mobile app it sends email and the automated email responds, we cannot help you on email and to go on icici website or app or call.
Just left on circles, not even a single medium of contacting customer services. No call, no email, no self support as well on the website or app, pathetic service. No options to report fraud and no emergency contact options as well.??
