Icici Lombard only service deniel is there. Review on ICICI Lombard Auto Insurance

My Dear mouthshut friends I am samrat and today I am going to review ICICI Lombard car insurance which I took for my Hyundai xcent car last year in jan 2015 after purchase from showroom. I bought a commercial insurance because I have to use this car as commercial purpose.they charged me 25000rs for the insurance as commercial insurance has more risk so rate is always high.after 5 months there is a damage in my car from front side bumper damaged contacted ICICI lombard customer care and register a claim.after 2 days surveyor allotted to my car.he inspected my car and said I will not get any thing as commercial insurance never cover front and rear bumper, paint and there should be a imt20 optional rider.i told him that this is a 5 seater car and imt20 is applicable on more than 7 seater.he argued me and said try urself.i contacted the regional manager of Icici lombard and talked with him about this.he told me sorry sir.surveyor is not aware with all this.you will get all claims.after days I got my car after repair because their process is very slow.i thought I have this knowledge but if a person is not knowledgable enough than what will ICICI lombard do with them. I never recommend it to any one.
