Recently I joined HDFC home loans and prior to that I was working for ICICI Home Finance Company Ltd. Out of all these I found HDFC to be the best in home loans. They have a very good weeding process and customer compliance process. They use a single customer ID through out the life time of relation with customer and have very strict rules. They do not tolerate any kind of loose ends in compliance and KYC.
ICICI on other end has a lot of pressure and their working environment is not at all good. Its a hell, with the kind of targets and pressure they put on their employees. I worked in ICICI for 16 months and it was a very dramatic journey. Their company policies are good and payment is also fair but their work culture is not good at all.
